Refund Policy
We want you to feel good about your purchase. Here’s exactly when a refund applies — and how to ask for one.

Personalized Blueprint ($99 service)
Because your blueprint is custom-made from your details, refunds work like this:
- Before we generate it — full refund. If you change your mind before your blueprint is generated, email us and we’ll refund you in full.
- After it’s delivered — because it’s custom work, it’s non-refundable. But if the blueprint has a factual error or doesn’t reflect the details you submitted, tell us within 14 days and we’ll revise it.
Digital products (downloads & guides)
Digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be returned once accessed, so all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or opened. With that said:
- If a file is broken, won’t open, or you were charged in error, email us within 14 days and we’ll fix it or refund you.
- If you bought the same item twice by mistake, we’ll refund the duplicate.
How to request a refund
Email hello@lavaanandlights.com with your order email and what happened. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
A quick ask before any chargeback
If something went wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute. This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
